Overseers of the poor of the parish of St James Within the
Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of A Pass Warrant or Order Under the hands and

for the County of Middlesex
(one where of being of the Quorum)
bearing date the fifteenth day of December Last

Singlewoman
was removed from the parish of St Giles in the fields
in
the County of Middlesex
to the said parish of St James
as the place of
her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggreived
Therefore they humbly Appeal to Your Worships
Against the Adjudgement of the Said two Justices And Pray
that the benefit of this Appeal may be saved to your Petitioners
Untill the Next General Sessions of the peace to be holden for
this County and that your Worships will be pleased to Order
that the hearing of the said Appeal be Adjourned untill
the said next General Sessions of the peace and that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Said parish
of St Giles
and all Persons Concerned do Attend the Court
of the said next General Sessions of the Peace to hear and
Abide the Judgment and determination of the same Court
touching the Said Appeal
