To the Right Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the
Peace Assembled,

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands & Seals of Francis Jackman< no role > and William Pickering< no role > Esqr . two
of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the City & Liberty of Westmr.
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 4th: day of February
1758, Richard < no role > (said to be) a Male Bastard Child aged abt: Six years
born on the Body of Hannah < no role > (therein called) Atkinson Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westmr .
in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
in the said Liberty & County, as the place of his last legal Settlement
Whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal
to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly pray this
Court will please to appoint a time for
hearing and Determining the said appeal
and that all persons concerned may then
Attend.
