At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St John Street in the County
aforesaid on the Monday the 5th. day of December in the Thirty first Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of
God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the
Faith and in the Year of our Lord 1757

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in this County have Notice of the Within
Appeal and that they and all persons concerned do Attend this Court on [..] Friday
next at [..] Nine o Clock in the forenoon to hear and Abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
