To the Worshipfull his. Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in General Session at Hicks Hall Assembled

The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Anne within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of
John Cox< no role > and Stephen Clark< no role > Esqrs [..] of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the 10th.
day of November lat Johanna Eastwood< no role > Wife of John Eastwood< no role > (now
in Newgate for Debt) was removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of St. Anne as the
Place of her last Legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they humbly Appeal to Your Worships against
the Adjudgement of the said two Justices and Pray Your
Worships will be Pleased to Order that the Churchwardens
an Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields and all persons concerned do Attend this Court
some day in this Present Session to hear and Abide the
the Judgement and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
