To The Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
Assembled at Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street in the County of
Middlesex .

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of Saint Luke in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant bearing Date the
Sixteenth Day of November last past under the Hands and Seals of two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
Thomas Hutchinson< no role > and his two Children namely Jane< no role > Aged about Seven
Years and upwards and John < no role > Aged about five Years and upwards Were
Removed from the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rent
in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holbourn in the said County of Middlesex
unto the said Parish of Saint Luke as the place of their last legal
Settlement

Your Petitionrs therefore Conceiving
themselves Aggrieved by the said Order and Judgement
of the said two Justices do humby appeal to Your
Worships therefrom And pray that the church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents
may be Ordered to Attend this Court this Present
Sessions to hear and abide the Determination of
Your Worships touching this Appeal And your
Petitioners shall were pray Etc.
