Without day


Commanded that he do not for bear by reason of any Liberty in his Bailiwick but that he distrain the Bodies of
he Jurors aforesaid by all their Lands and Chattles in his Bailiwick so that neither they nor any one for them
do put their hands to the same until he Shall have another Command from our said Present Sovereign Lord the King
for that Purpose And that he Answer to our said Present Sovereign Lord the King for the Issues thereof so
that he may have their Bodies before our said Present Sovereign Lord the King a Westminster on Thursday
next after the Morrow of All Souls or before the Right Trusty and Well beloved of our said Present Sovereign
Lord the King Sir Dudley Ryder< no role > Knight Chief Justice of our said Present Sovereign Lord the King Assigned to hold Please
before the King himself if he shall come before that time (that is to say) on Saturday next after the End of the
Term at Westminster in the said County of Middlesex in the Great Hall of Pleas there according to the form
of the Statute in such case made and Provided to try upon their Oath of the said Bartholomew Robinson be
Guilty of the Premisses aforesaid or not in default of the Jurors aforesaid who came not to try in form
aforesaid Therefore let the Sheriff of the said County of Middlesex leave the Bodies of the same Jurors
accordingly to try inform aforesaid The same day is given as well to the said James Barrow< no role > Esquire who
for our said Present Sovereign Lord the King in this behalf Prosecuteth as to the said Bartholomew
Robinson On which day (to wit) on Thursday next after the Morrow of All souls aforesaid before our said
Present Sovereign Lord the King All Westminster come as well the said James Burrow< no role > Esquire who for
our said Present Sovereign Lord the King in this behalf Prosecuteth as the said Bartholomew Robinson< no role >
by his Attorney aforesaid And the aforesaid Chief Justice before whom the said Jurors came to Try in form
aforesaid sent there his Record has before him in these Words (that is to say) Afterwards on the day and
at the Place within mentioned before the within named Sir Dudley Ryder Knight Chief Justice of our Present
Sovereign Lord the King Assigned to hold Pleas before the King himself Michael Baxter< no role > Gentleman being
Associated to the said Chief Justice according to the form of the Statute in such [..] made Provided come
as well the above named James Burrow< no role > Esquire who for our said Present Sovereign Lord the King in this
behalf Prosecuteth as the within named Bartholomew Robinson by his Attorney within mentioned and the
Jurors of the Jury within mentioned being called and drawn out of the Pannel according to the form of the Statute
In such Case made and Provided come and are Sworn upon the said Jury Where upon Publick Proclamation
is made here in Court for our said Present Sovereign Lord the King as the Custom is that if there be any one
who will Inform Chief Justice aforesaid the King's Serjeant at Law the King's Attorney General or the
Jurors of the Jury aforesaid concerning the matters within continued he should come forth and should
be heard and hereupon Fletcher Norton< no role > Esquire one of the Council of our said Present Sovereign Lord the King
learned in the Law offereth himself on the behalf of our said Present Sovereign Lord the King to do this
Whereupon the Court here Proceedeth to the taking of the Inquest aforesaid by the Jurors aforesaid now
here appearing for the Purpose aforesaid who being chosen tried and Sworn to speak the truth touching
and concerning the matters within contained do say upon their Oath that the said Bartholomew Robinson is
not Guilty of the Premisses within charged upon him in the written Judgement in manner and form
as the said Bartholomew Robinson by Pleading for himself hath within alledged Whereupon all
and Singular the Premisses being seen and fully Understood by the Court of our said Present Sovereign Lord
the King now here It is Considered and Adjudged by the said Court there that the said Bartholomew
Robinson do go without day in this behalf.
