Bartholomew Robinson< no role > of Grays Inn Lane in the County of Middx
Tinman the Prosecutor and George Ellis< no role > of Dean Street Fetter Lane
London Gent severally make Oath as follows And first this Deponent
Bartholomew Robinson for himself Saith That this Deponent hath
preferred a Bill of Indictment against the Defendant for Wilfull and
Corrupt Perjury Committed by her on the Tryal of an Issue the Sitting
after the last Trinity Termin the Court of Kings Bench before The
Right honourable the Lord Cheif Justice Ryder at Westminster
Hall in the County of Middx And this Deponent George Ellis< no role > for
himself Saith that the Perjury for which the Defendant now
stand Indicted and abovementioned being Committed upon the Tryal
of an Issue the Sitting after the last Trinity Term the Posseaon
the Record of the said Issue and the Final Judgement on the said
Record cannot be Compleated untill the next Michael Mas Term
as this Deponent apprehends and verily beleives And this
Deponent Bartholomew Robinson for himself further Saith
that this Deponent is advised and verily beleives that the said
Record or an Office Copy thereof is very material Evidence for
this Deponent And without which this Deponent cannot
Safely proceed to the Tryal of the said Indictment.
