To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Paul, Convent Garden , in the Liberty
of Westminster aforesaid, and to the Church-War-
dens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles
in the Fields in the sd. County of Middlesex and to each and
every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid one [..]
by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Paul, Covent Garden , That Sarah
Keys
< no role > (Wife of
John Keys< no role > who hath absconded from her) with Barbara< no role > their
Daughter aged four years or thereabout
[..] lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St. Paul, Covent Garden ,
and are likely to become Chargeable to the Same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
Same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Sarah Keys< no role > & her sd Daughter
to be in the said parish of St [..]

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Sarah Keys< no role >
and her said Daughter
from and out of your said Parish of St. Paul, Covent
Garden , to the said [..]
Giles in the Fields
and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
Who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 17th Day of July 17 55
