WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Hamlet of Mile End Old Town
That Richard

(who is a Lunatick) and Abide< no role >
his
Wife and their four Children (Vizt) John< no role >
aged
Eleven Years Sarah< no role >
Aged Eight Years Elizabeth< no role >
Aged Six Years and Mary< no role >
Aged five
Years lately intruded, and
came into the said Hamlet of Mile End [..]
and are become chargeable [..] same; We
[..] said Justices, upon [..] of the Premises
[..] Oath, and [..] do adjudge [..]

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Richard Hensman< no role >
and
[..] his Wife
and their said four Children
from and out of your said Hamlet of Mile End
Old Town
to the said Parish of Allhallows
Staining
and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
Who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this Second Day of July 1755
