The humble Petition & appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of
Philip Dyot< no role > and John Cox< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex (one of
the Quorum) bearing Date the 13th. Day of June 1755 Mary
Nevill< no role > This name instance is in set 951. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . Singlewoman was removed from the Parish of
St. Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex to the
Parish of St. Clement Danes afsd. whereby your Petitioner
conecive themselves agrieved & agt. the said Order
do appeal

Your Petitioners therefore
humbly Pray that a short day
may be appointed this Present
Session to hear & determine the
matter of the sd. Appeal
