Victualler maketh Oath that he this Deponent was present and
did See the above prosecutor Stephen Pamplett< no role > and also the within
named John Omer< no role > sign seal and in due form of Law [..] the
annexed General Release unto the above Defendant Hugh Ismaster< no role >
on the twenty third day of May last past And this Deponent Saith
that he is onesubscribingof the subscribing Witnesses to the
Execution of the said General Release as aforesaid
