To the Rt. Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the
Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminister
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the
Hand and Seals of Thomas Bennet< no role > and Richards Manley< no role > Esqrs . two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr.
(one where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the 10th. day of June 1754
Hannah Lovell< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the parish of St.
Margaret in the City of Westminter to the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
in the Liberty of Westminster in this County as the place of her last legal
Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
Appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly pray this Court will
please to appoint a time for hearing and Determining the
said Appeal and that all persons concerned may then
Attend

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
