London Gentleman Maketh Oath that on the Seventeenth day of
this Instant July he this Depont. did leave for John Gibson< no role > named in
the petition hereunto annexed with his wife at the said John Gibsons
House a true Copy of the said petition purporting to be the
Petition of William Johnston< no role > and James Johnston< no role > for and on the
behalf of himself and William Fead< no role > Gentle man to the purposes
in the said annexed petition prayed and of the Order of Sessions of
this Court made thereon and of the time and place when and where
the said Order was made in the Words contained on the back of
the said hereunto annexed petition And this Depont. further
Maketh Oath that he this Depont, at the same time sheded
unto the said [..] Mrs. Gibson the said hereunto accesed petition
and Order and told her to Give it her said Husband and then also
acquainted her who were the petitioners there in and that her
Husband was by the said Order to Attend this Court on this
Days at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon concerning the
Matters in the said Petition or expressed himself in words to
that or the like Effect.
