To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace
of the County of Middx in their general quarter Session
Assembled

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant or order Under the hands and
Seals of Richard Ricard< no role > & Thomas Jervis< no role > Esquires two of
his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
bearing date the Twenty Second day of June last Martha
Ingram
< no role > Anderson(an Infant of the Age of two years) was removed
and Conveyed from & out of the parish of Saint Mary White chappell
in the County of Middx into the said parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate as the place of the last legal Settlement of
the said MarthaAnderson Ingram< no role >

your Petr. Conceiving themselves
aggireved by the said Order of the Said
Two Justices of the peace humbly appeal
to this Court against the Same and
pray this Court will appoint a day this
present Session for the Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. [..] Mary White chappell
aforesaid and all other parties Coutemas
to attend this Court to hear & abide the
Judgment & determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
