The Information of Michael Tim [..] s< no role > at the Red
Lyon at Kilburn taken before me this 18th.
Day of June 1754

Who being uppon Oath Says that on Tuesday the 28th
day of May last about 7 o Clock at Night one James
Harding< no role > and Anothers Werson Came to his House at Killborn
and Call'd for some Liquorthat whilst they were standing
at this Informants Door the said James Harding< no role > told him
that they were Going to Wattford , but should Come back
that Night and Desired this Informant to Gett a Bed
Ready for them, for they Intended to Lye at his House
And the said Harding further Said that Damp it Pointing
at the Other Persones Mare that she wastwotoo fatt to goe
upon the Lay, And this Informt. further says that he has [..] since Seen
a Black Mare in the hands of Mr. Tracher at Bushy and does
possitively say that she is the same Mare that the other Person in Company
swith Harding Rode upon And likewise says that looking at a
Person now present who calls himself Thos. Hodgson< no role > he very much
Resemble theotherperson that Rode upon the aforesaid Mare,
