To the Constable , Headborough , Tythingman, and other Officer
of the Peace of theParish of Saint Georgein
theCountyofMiddx. and to the Constable
or other Officers of the Parish St. Bololph without
Aldgate
within thesaid City of London .to receive and convey.
And to the Church-Wardens, or Overseer
of the Poor of the Parish, Place of Precinct ofAlverstoke
in theTown of Gosport in Hant Shire
or either of them to receive and obey

WHEREASRachel Miller< no role > and her two
Children Viz. Samuel< no role > and Charles Miller< no role >
were
apprehended in theParishof Saint George Midd
asa Rogue andVagabonds(videlicet)Wandering and Begging
there
and upon Examination of the saidRachel Miller< no role >
taken beforeme Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esq upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear thattheir last
Legal Settlement is in the Parish of Alverstoke
in the Town of Gosport in Hant Shire

These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer
to Convey the saidRachel Miller< no role > and her two Children
Samuel and Charles
to theParishofSt. Botolph without Aldgate that being the first
Parishin the next Precinct thro whichtheyought to pass in the
direct Way to the saidParishofAlverstoke to which
they areto be sent and to deliverthemto the Constable or
other Officer of suchParishin such next Precinct, together with this
Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the saidRachel Miller
taking his Receipt for the same. And the saidRachel Miller< no role > & her two
Childrenareto be thence conveyed on the like Manner to
the saidParishofAlverstokesthere to be delivered to some Church-
Warden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor of the same
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church-
Warden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor, are hereby required
to receive the said Person and provide forthemas aforesaid. Given
under my Hand and Seal this12Day ofApril
in the Year of our Lord 1754
