At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at
Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaidon Tuesday the twenty eighth day of
May in the twenty seventh Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain Etc before George Errington< no role > John Dekewer< no role > George Green< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs .
and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the
same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Alverstroke
in the County of Southampton against an Order or Vagrant Pass dated the twelfth day of April One
thousand seven hundred and fifty four under the Hand and Seal of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx whereby Rachel Miller< no role > and her
two Children vigt. Samuel< no role > and Charles Miller< no role > were removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint George in the County of Middx aforesaid to the Parish of Alverstoke aforesaid as the
Place of their last legal Settlement (the hearing and determining of which Appeal being exhibited at
the last General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for the said County of Middx by adjournment
on Tuesday the twenty third day of April last past was by an Order then made by the Court of
the same Session of the Peace adjourned untill this present General Session of the Peace holden
for the said County of Middx and the said Appeal was appointed to be heard on this present
Tuesday the twenty eighth day of May instant ) And upon hearing of what was alledged by Mr.
Lane of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
George and also by Mr. Jones of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Alverstoke This Court doth allow of the said Appeal and doth vacate and
discharge the aforesaid Order or Vagrant Pass of the said Justice of the Peace and the same is
hereby vacated and discharged accordingly
