Take Notice that I will Appear at this Present
Sessions of Oyer and Terminer held at Hick's Hall in
Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on
Fryday next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon
and then and there Plead Not Guilty and to take my
Tryal upon the Indictment Preferred by you against
me for a Misdemeanour Dated this 28th. day
of May 1754
