The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St. Maryle
Bone in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass waremnt or [..]
Order under the Lands and Seals of Thomas Lediard< no role > and
Richard Manley< no role > Esqrs . Two of this majesties Justices of
the peace for the City and Liberty of Westminister (one where of
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 22d. Day of December
1753 Katharine Lucas< no role > , Widow of David Lucas< no role > , Deced
and their thee Children (namely) Isaiah< no role > aged Ten
years Anne< no role > aged Seven years and half and Mary< no role >
aged three years were removed from the parish of St.
Margaret in the City of Westminster to the Parish of
St. Mary Le Bone in the County of middlesex as the
Place of their last legal settlement Whereby your
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this
Court aganist of the same

Your Petitioners therefore Here by may that
the benefit of the said appeal may be saved unto
then and that hearing and determining thereof
May be adjourned until the next general Quarter
Session of the Peace to be hold for this County.
