did on the Twenty Fifth Day of this Instant
February personally Serve the saw prosecutor
Thomas Browne< no role > with a Notice in Writing
in this prosecution purporting that the saw
Defendant Henry Doldren intended to
Appear at the General Sessions of the Peace
to be held at Hicks Hall in St John street
in and for the County of Middlesex on
Wednesday the Twenty seventh Day of Febry
Instant at Ten of the Clock in the prenoon
of the same Day and then and there to
Try her Traverse upon an Indictment
preferred against him by the said prosecutor

so delivered by this Deponent to the said
