is advised and believes that she cannot Convict the said Mary

of shealing several things mentioned in the said
Indictment or safely proveed to Tryal in this Couse without

to appear and

in James street aforesd. in order to serve her with the
said subpena but could not see her or serve her therewith and

is secreted and keeps out of the Way in order to avoid being
served with the said subpena
