taken upon Oath this 6th.day
of March
1753.
This Informant upon his Oath saith That about One o' Clock
this Morning he was in Company with a Person who calls himself
Robert Hurt< no role >
at a publick House known by the
Sign of the Cross Keys
at Charing Cross
andand this [..] Informant having a pair
of Silver Buckles in his Shoes the said Robert Hurt< no role >
sayd to this
Informant that he had better take the Buckles out of Shoes for
fear he should lose them according this Informant complyed
with the said Hunts [..] Request; and put them into his Coat
Pockett and very soon after missed the [..] said Buckles and a Silk
Hankerchief out of his pockett And that the said Buckles are Silver
and are the Goods of the said Charles Inch and are about the Value of
a Guinea and the said Hankerchief is Silk and about the Value of
Three Shillings also the property of the said Charles Inch and further
this Informant saith not.
