Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order of Removal under the hands and Seals of

for the City and
Liberty of Westmr. (one where of being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 27th. day of March
1751

Aged twelve years were removed from the Parish
of St. George Hanover square
in the Liberty
aforesaid to the said Parish of St James
as the
Place of their last legal Settlement Whereby
Your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved
And Appeal to this Court against the same
