he this Deponent hath been this 17th. day of April Instant

Try the Travers of the above Indictment without having
the benefit of his Testimony) and that the sd: Benjamin Hutton< no role >
is confined in his Red being in a violent [..] and that

not Venture out [..] life being in danger if he did [..]
