in the County of Middlesex Gent . Maketh Oath That
the Prosecutor of this Indictment hath been regularly
Summoned to attend Sir Dudley Ryder< no role > Knt . his
Majestys present Attorney General To Shew Cause
why a Noli Prosequi should not be Entred upon
the said Indictment And That the same is now
Depending before his Majesty's said Attorney And
as yet unheard by him And that he this Deponent
is Appointed to Attend the said Attorney General
on Monday Evening next in Order to have a time
fixed for the hearing of all parties concern'd in the
premisses.
