Middlesex in their GeneralSession Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Pass Warrantor Order of Removal
under the hands and Seals of William Young< no role > and Martin
Clare
< no role > Esqrs Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
City and Liberty of Westminster in the Said County of Middlesex
bearing Date the Twenty first day of January 1750
Elizabeth Dickson< no role > Widow was removed from the Parish of
Saint Ann within the Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex aforesaid to the Said Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn as the Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby
your Petitioners Conceive themselves to be aggrieved and
Appeal to this Court against the Same.

Your Petitioners therefore
Pray this Court will be Pleased to
Appoint a time for hearing and
Determining the Said appeal and
that all Persons concerned do then
attend

And your Petitioners Shall ever
Pray Etc
