in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth
That by virtue of a pas Warrt. or Order under the hands and Seals

and Edward ashe< no role >
Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the
City and Liberty of Westminster
in this Court (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the 9th. Day of January
1750 Mary Hester< no role >
Widow
(of William Hester< no role >
deceased) and
her Child (to wit) Sarah< no role >
aged one Year and ten Months were removed from the parish
of St. Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
to the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square
within the Liberty and County aforesaid as the place of
their last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved
and appeal to this Court against the same
Your Petitioners therefore Humbly prays this Court will
please to save them the benefit of this appeal and that the
hearing and Determining thereof may be adjourned untill
the next general Quarters session of the peace to be holden
for the said County of Middlesex
. and that all persons concerned
may then attend
And your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc
