theParish of Chelsea in
theCountyof Middlesex: and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of theParish
of Fulham in the Said Countyand to
each and every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County ofMiddlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of ChelseaThatEphraim Hillery< no role >
Mary< no role > his Wife, and their three Children (to wit)
Ephraim,< no role > aged about 4 yearsElizabeth< no role > aged
near 3 yearsand Sarah< no role > an Insant, aged
almost 4 Months, are

lately intruded, and
came into the saidParish of Chelsea
andarebecome Chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the saidEphraim Hillery< no role > ,
Mary his Wife, and their said three Children
to be in the Parish of Fullham , in the County
of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the saidEphraim Hillery< no role > Mary< no role > his
Wife and their said three Children,

from and out of your saidParish of Chelsea
to the saidParish of Fulham ,

andthemdeliver unto the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
themaccording to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this26thDay ofDecember 1750
