Middlesex to Wit


To all Constables, Head boroughs, and other his Majesty's
Officers and Ministers within the County of Middlesex
and to every of them whome it may concerne

These are to will and requier, and in his Majestys's name to
charge and command you upon Sight hereof to bring before us
and other his Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the County
aforesaid at the Sessions of Peace now holden at Hicks's-
Hall in Saint John Street , in and for the said County the Body
of Elizabeth Barrs< no role > who Stands indicted for making as Assault
upon one Henry Nelson< no role >
(if the Court be then and there sitting) or if not before us or some
other of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the same County to
find sufficient Sureties for her personal Appearance at
this present Sessions to answer the Same and all such other Matters
as on his Majesty's behalfe shall be objected against her
And if she cannot be taken during this present session that
there so soon after as She shall be taken, you bring or cause her
to be brought before us or some others of his Majesy's Justices
of the Peace of the said County, to find sufficient sureties-
for her personall Appearance at the next sessions of the Peace
to be holden for the said County to answer as aforesaid and
further to be dealt with all according to Justice Here of you are
not to faile at Your Perills Dated in open Sessions at
Hicks's-Hall aforesaid this Nineteenthday of
January in the year of our Lord 1750.
