Peace for the County of Middx in their General
Quarter Session Assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Luke in
the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the hands & Seals of John Milner< no role > & Philip
Dyer
< no role > Esqrs two of his Majestye's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx (whereof one is of the Quorum)
bearing date ye. Ninth day of January instant
Sarah Mongomery< no role > Singlewoman was removed
from the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the
County of Middx unto the Said Parish of St. Luke
Alledging the Said Parish of St Luke to be the
place of her last legall Settlement

Jno. Witton< no role > Agent
for the Appellts.

That your Petitr. conceiving themselves
Agrieved by the said Warrant or
Order of the Sd. the two Justices, Do
Appeal to your Worhips therefrom,
& humbly pray, that you will be
pleased to hear them in the premisses
& order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. Giles in the Fields may
appear before you at a certain day to
be Appointed to hear & abide & the
Judgement & determination of your
Worships touching this Appeal
