At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middx
at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Friday the twelfth day of
October in the twenty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc

Upon application in this behalf made unto this Court by the within named William Hewer< no role > the Petitioner
It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the within written petition of appeal be saved unto him, and
that the hearing & determining thereof be and the Same is hereby adjourned untill the next General
Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the County of Middx. And that the within named Edward
Sartell< no role > This name instance is in set 3563. the Informer (upon Notice of the said petition and of this Order) and all persons concerned do
attend the Court of the Said next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the said County by
