of Middx Gent maketh Oath that he this Dept. did on Wednesday last
past Deliver a true Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed into the Hands
of the said prosecutor Thomas Jones< no role > in the Lodge or Tap House
belonging to and part of his Majestys Goal of Newgate at which time
the said Thomas Jones< no role > told this Dept. he would not give himself any
further Trouble about the above Prosecution or the said Thomas Jones< no role >
Expresses himself to that or the like Effect.
