These Informants Severally on there Oaths saith & first the said Brice
Mr Daniel for himself saith that some time on or about
the Month of June last Past he sold to Mr. Thos: Shanks [..]
two Sailors Ticketts his property for the Sum of Seventy Pounds at
Upwards & at the sume time Paid the said Thos: Shanks< no role >
Twenty five Pounds & Other Persons to the Values of
forty four Pounds & Upwards & farther on his Oath [..]
saith that the Remainder of the said Seventy [..]
& Upwards he gave to his Wife Johanna (In this [..]
Viz: Twenty two Guinies, four Thirty Six Shilling
& One Three Pound Twelve) which said Money [..]
Wife put Into a Chest, & farther on his Oath Ja [..]
that on the 25th, Day of June
aforesaid this Depont
had his said Chests with the said Money therein
Broke Open & the Money taken there out & he
farther saith he hath July Cause to Suspect the
Prisoner Present Thomas Sheathing< no role >
did feloniously
Brake Open the said Chest & take the said Peices of
Money Severally aforementiond there out
And Johanna Mc Daniel< no role >
on Her Oath saith
that she Received of her said Husband the said
Severable Peices of Money aforemention, and
she hath Just Cause to Suspect the Prisoner aforesaid
did feloniously Breake Open the Chest of [..]
