The King against William [..]

Thomas Glasby< no role > of the parish of Saint Mary Iselington in the County
of Middlesex victualler the prosecutor in the above Cause maketh
Oath. that he this Deponent in the month of February last past
lost One Brown Golding out of a Field in Isslington aforesaid and
saith that he did in the said month of February hear that his said
Golding was sold to One Mr. Punny of Maidstone in the County of
Kent attorney at Law and accordingly this Deponent went to [..]
the said Mr. Punny at Maidstone aforesaid who delivered the said
Gelding to this Deponent and at same time acquainted this Deponent
he bought the said Golding of One William Price< no role > and shewd Aim
receipt under the hand of the said William Price< no role > for the sum of
seven Pounds and seven Shillings for the said Golding And
Deponent [..] also saith that he was on the sixth
September present when the said William Price< no role >
before Justice [..] Chamberlain and by him Com [..]
Bridewell for further Examination on suspicion of [..] ng
said Golding and this Deponent further saith that he was on the
twelfth day of this instant September present when the said William
Price
< no role > was brought before Justice Fielding at his house in Bow [..]
Street Court Garden and by him Co [..] tted to New gate And this
Deponent Lastly saith that he is Informed and verily beleives
to be true that he cannot give full proof against the said
william Price< no role > at the Tryal without the Testimony of the said
Mr. Punny
