On which is indowed W Dawson And also an Assignment of
the said Tickett to one Thomas Saltren< no role > of Plymouth Dock (which is
within the parish of Stoke Damerell in the County of Devon And this Deponent
further saith That he Knows and is well acquainted with the Handwri-
-ting of the aforesaid George Sands< no role > otherwise William Smith< no role > otherwise
Dawson and hath seen him write his name severall times And that
the aforesaid Navy Tickett this Deponent verily beleives as filled up with
the proper Handwriting of the aforesaid George Sands< no role > otherwise william
Smith< no role > otherwise Dawson And this Deponent further saith That the name
Ja. Webb< no role > subscribed to the aforesaid Tickett is not of this Deponents Hand
writing And that he is well acquainted with the Hand writing and
Character of the aforesaid Thomas Wheatley< no role > and John Keeft < no role > the other
two subscribing names to the same Tickett And that he this Deponent
verily beleives neither of them are the proper Hand writing of the said
Thomas Wheatley< no role > and John Keeft But verily beleives the aforesaid
George Sands< no role > otherwise William Smith< no role > otherwise Dawson forged the
said Tickett And subscribed this Deponents and the said Thomas
Wheatley< no role > and John Keefts names to the same And this Deponent saith
that the aforesaid severall names W Dawson indorsed on the back of the
said Tickett and also subscribed to the aforesaid Assignment are each of
them of the proper Hand writing
