Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Lambeth in the County Surry

Fouace< no role > Esqrs. Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City Liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middlesex
(one of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixteenth Day of March last Elizabeth
Pulsford< no role > Widow was remove from the Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden [..]
County of Middlesex aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth as the
place of her last Legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
to be agrieved and against the said Order do Appeal
