To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields , within the
Liberty of Westminster , in the County of Middlesex ;
and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Ann within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex and
to each and every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace ,
for the City and Liberty aforesaid (One where
of being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields ,
That Ann Moulls< no role > (Wife of William Moulls< no role > ) hath

lately intruded, and
come into the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields ,
and is likely to become Chargeable to the same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Ann Moulls to be in
the Parish of Saint Ann within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex aforesaid

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name,
to require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Ann Moulls< no role >

from and out of your said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , to the said Parish of Saint Ann

and her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according to Law. Given under Our Hands
and Seals this 26th Day of October 1749.
