That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex
One whereof being of the Quorum bearing Date the 4th: Day of Octr 1749

byfrom
the parish of St: Giles in the Fields
in the said County to the Parish of all hallow
Barking
London aforesaid alledging the last legall place of Settlement of the
said Durance to be there And your Petrs conceiving themselves aggreived
by the said Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do humbly appeal
therefrom and humbly pray your Worships

Would appoint some Day this present Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be holden for the said County to hear this appeal And
That your Worships will make an Order that the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the
Fields
and all Parties concerned in and about the premisses
may then attend hear and abide the Finall Determination of your
Worships
And Your Petrs shall ever pray Etc
