Oath That he hath Constantly Attended Mr
Walter Crotty< no role >
now or late of Rathitto in the
County of Middlesex
as his apothecary
for the
Space of Twelve of Fourteen Days Last Past
and that Dureing that time the said Walter Crotty
hath been dangorously and (on the day of the date
hereof) is very ill of a violent Feaper att East Colour
in the said Isle and County Insomuch that dureing
the greatest part of the time aforesaid he hath
not been neither is the now in any sort able to
sitt up or to be takenout of his Bede other than
as he is Shisted from one Bedd to another in the
Same Rooms where he lyes and Saith that three
days Since he was Attended by
