This Indenture Witnessth That William Wiggins< no role > son
and Thomas Wiggins< no role > of the parish of White Chappel in the County of
Middlesex Wheelwright
doth put himself Apprentice to Jeremiah Whitwell< no role > of the,
Parish and County aforesaid Tayler
to learn his Art and with himafter the manner of an Apprentice to serve from the
Day of the Date hereofunto the full end and
term of seven Years from thence next ensuring and fully to be compleat and ended
during which Term the said Apprentice his Master faithfully shall or will serve
his secrets keep he stanful Command everywhere gladly do he shall do not Damage
to his said Master nor see it be done of others but to his Power shall let or forth
with give Notice to his said Master of the same: The Goods of his said Master he shall not waste
nor the same without Licence of him to any give or lend Hurt to his said Master he shall not do
cause or procure to be done he shall neither buy nor Sell without his Masters Licence Tavern Inns or
Ale houses he shall not haunt At Cards Due Tables or any other unlawfull Game he shall not play
nor from he service of his said Master
Day nor: Night absent himself but in all Things as an honest and faithful Apprentice shall and will demean and
behave himself toward his said Master and it all his during all the said term And the said Jeremiah
Whitewell
< no role > in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Guineas to him in Hand
paid by the said Thomas Wiggins< no role > the said Apprentice in the Art of a
Taylorwhich he now asith shall teach and instruct or cause to be taught and instructed
the best way and manner that he can finding and allowing unto his said Apprentice sufficient Meat Drink
Wasting Lodging and all other Accessaries during the said Term of seven years
And for the true Performance of all and every the Covenants and Agreements aforesaid either of the said Parties vindah
himselffirmly by these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties abovesaid to these Indentures inter
changeably have set their Hands and Seal the FourteenthDay of March
in the Twentieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the 2d: by the Grace of God of
Great Britain FranceandIrelandKing Defender of the Faith and in the year of our Lord 1746
