the King holden at Hicks's Hall in St. John Street in and for the County of
Middlesex on Monday the third Day of July in the twenty third year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc.

His Ordered by this Court That the within named
Jeremiah Whitewell< no role > have Notice of this Petition and that he and all
Persons concerned do Attend this Court on Friday next
at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment
of this Court, touching the Matters contained in the said Petition
