in this prosecution maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on
Saturday the third day of this Instant December personally Serve
Richard Young< no role > one of the psecutors in this Cause with a true copy
of the Notice hereunto annexed and also on the same day did
personally Serve Robert Leake< no role > the other prosecutor in this Cause
with one other true copy of the said Notice And this Deponent further
Saith that he this Deponent did at the same time Severally acquaint
the said Young and Leake with the contents of the sd. notice
