And first ye Informt. Maketh Oath [..] ton Fryday
Night ye 30: September last About 11: in the Evening
A person Who calls himself Thomas Emerson< no role >
came into his Shop And called for a Dram of
Cinnamen Water & gave ye Informt. another &
paid 2d: for both Drams, He ye sd. Emerson then
instantly Shutt to ye Street Door, Meddan Assault
upon this Informt: putt him in bodily fear and
by force obliged [..] this Informt. to give him 3s:
And Afterwords demanded the Key of the Till
& then went to ye Till & feloniously Stole [..]
18s:6d: And then went out at ye Bark Door
threatning this Informt. with the words following or to the like Effect that if he ever Saw ye
Informt. again & shoud take any Notice of him
[..] he would be this Informants [..]
