Chapman & Peter Goldsmith< no role > other Mr Peter of Kerby
now present he saw with others persons on ye 11th day
of March 1746 armed 10th five Arms or other offensive weapon
& so armed Assembled at Horsey in ye County of Norfolk
[..] order to be Aiding & Assisting in ye running land [..]
& Carrying a way un Custom'd Goods & that they are ye
Same persons who are mentiond in ye London Gazettes
Aprill ye 18th & 21 1747 [..] in an Order of King & Councell
requiring them to Surrender them save in ye Space of
40 days from ye ye sd 18th of Aprill wch. [..] they ner
Either of them have Comply'd with
