Who Saith on the 24th. day of Septemr. Instant between
eight and Nine of the Clock at Night, on the Kings Highway
between Wimbly and Sudbury in the County of Middlesex
he this Examinant in Cowpary with one Richard Shaw< no role >
did Stop one John Robins< no role > and Assault him and demand
his Money and Feloniously took from him Seven
Shillings in Silver and two Pence half Penny in
Copper his Property, And that this Examinant
and the said Richard Shaw< no role > did Share the Money as
aforesaid they had Feloniously taken from the said
John Robins< no role > as aforesaid
