Who saith that on [..] the 24th. day of Sepr. Instant
between eight and Nine of the Clock at Night [..] on the
Kings Highway between Wimbly and Sudbury in the
County of Middx. he this Examinant in Company with
Samuel Shorer< no role > did Stop one John Robins< no role > and Assault
him and Demand his Money and Feloniously took from
him Seven Shillings in Silver and two Pence half Penny
in Copper his Property..And that this Examinant &
the said Samuel, Shorer< no role > did Share the Money as aforesaid
they had Feloniously taken from the sd. John Robins< no role >
as aforesaid.
