Ann Kilby< no role > Wife of Edwd. Kilby< no role > of Tottenham Gardner
says last Tuesday Sennight she went to see the Deced
Easter Wyatt< no role > & saw her in a starving Condition with only
a Mouldy peice of Bread & some Water in a Tea pot
His Depont. then sent for a Cheescake & she then
out half of it says that she has been dying by inches,
& that then she wanted some of the pork which this Depont. [..] then had and heard her
then Complain of the [..] but not of being beat
by her Husband

Easter Morris< no role > the Mother of the Deced says about
a Month ago she this Depont. went to see her Daughter
who was in a starving Condition & wanted for all
Necessaries of life& sd. that her that Rogue her husband
[..] But never [..] saw her husband
strike her or ever heard her Complain that her husband had
ever beat her, says that she this Depont. had them
home to her house Christmas last for sevll. Works, But
when they were at this Depent. house she used often
to hear her cry out but never Complaind of her being beat by
her husband at any time
