At the a Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King held for the County of Middx at Hick's Hall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment on Tuesday the
Nineteenth day of April in the Twenty first year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Etc And in the Year of our
Lord 1748:

It is ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Clement Danes in this County have notice of this Petition
and Appeal, And that they And all Persons concerned Do attend this Court at
Hick's Hall in St. John Street in this County on Fridaynext at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon noon to hear and Abideth Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the Said Appeal
