The humble petition and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Mary
Le Strand within the Liberty of Westmr .
And in the said County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by Vertue of a pass Warrant under the hands & Seals of
Danl. Gach< no role > & Wm. Jones< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said Liberty of Westmr. (one Whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the 14th : day of March 1747: Elizabeth Mc. Kertny aged upwards of 5.
Years was removed from the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the said
Liberty of Westmr: to the said parish of St. Mary Le Strand as the place of
the last Legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Mc. kertny< no role > Whereby
your petitioners think themselves Agreived and Appeal to this Court
against the same

Therefore humbly pray your Worships
will please to appoint a time for hearing
and determining the said Appeal And
that all partys concerned may Attend
