To the right Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex in their Quarter Sessions of
the peace assembled.

The humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Paul Covent garden in the
Liberty of Westminster .

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order of removal under the hands and Seals of
Thomas Lane< no role > and William Jones< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices of the pace
for the Liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middlesex (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the 5th. day of February last Dorothy Wilmot< no role > was removed
and conveyed from the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty aforesaid to the said
Parish of St Paul Covent garden as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petr. therefore apprehending themselves aggrieved by the
said order of the said two Justices do appeal to your Worships
therefrom and humbly pray that you will be pleasd to appoint
day in this prsent Sessions to hear and determine the said appeal
